If you are not entirely happy with your purchase then you may be eligible for a refund. Refunds are only available if the product is unworn, returned within 7 days of receipt, in perfect condition, returned with all tags and packaging.

We only give refunds at our discretion in the event of a product being damaged or faulty and you need to let us know at least 14 days before your wedding so we have time to replace it.

Please ask for proof of postage when returning items so the item can be tracked and allow up to 30 days for a refund.

For hygiene reasons , any type of earings cannot be accepted for exchange or credit note. This is for both clip and pierced earings.

Earings and necklace sets will not be accepted for any type of return as they are bought as a complete set and cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Foot jewellery is a personal hygiene item and is not eligible for a return or credit.

Damaged items will be replaced with the same item only. Damaged items will not be refunded. We will replace them if damage has been caused in transit.

We will securely hold your name, email address, billing address, delivery address and order details so we can communicate with you about your order. We will not share your details with anyone else.
